Open the product page and click Buy Now. Complete secure payment via Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Netbanking). After payment, you will receive a download link by email and can access downloads using your email on the Downloads page.
Check the Spam/Junk and Updates/Promotions tabs. Then use the Downloads page and enter the same email used at checkout. If you still cannot find it, contact support with your payment ID and email.
Sometimes webhooks can be delayed. Wait 2–3 minutes and refresh the Downloads page. If it still does not show, send us your Razorpay Payment ID and email; we will verify and resend the link.
Ensure a stable internet connection and disable VPN/ad-blockers for this site. Try a different browser or payment method. If money was deducted, Razorpay will auto-reverse or we will verify the payment ID and fulfill the order.
